UserProfile environment variable represents the path to the user's profile folder. [1]
echo %UserProfile%
C:\Users\{username}
Default value
The default value of UserProfile environment variable depends on the operating system. In Windows XP it is C:\Documents and Settings\{username}, while on Windows Vista & Windows 7 it is C:\Users\{username}.[2]
